19 Nights’ at Kaya Mawa Lodge, Nkwichi Lodge, Ibo Island Lodge, Dhow Safari & Azura Quilalea

STANDARD SEASON:
US$14 100 : RACK PRICE PER PERSON SHARING

Day 1:
Guests fly to Lilongwe, on arrival guests will be met and transferred by light aircraft to Likoma Island for a stay at Kaya Mawa Lodge,

Day 1-5:
5 nights at Kaya Mawa on a full board basis

Day 6:
This morning guests will be transferred by boat to Nkwichi Lodge on the Mozambican shores of Lake Malawi

Day 6-7:
2 nights at Nkwichi Lodge on a full board basis

Day 8:
Early in the morning guests will be transferred by boat to Cobue, from where they will depart by road for Lichinga (drive time approximately 4hrs). Next they will fly from

Lichinga to Nampula. In Nampula they will do a private charter flight to Pemba. Upon arrival in Pemba guests will be met and transferred by light aircraft to Ibo Island in the Quirimbas Archipelago.

Day 8-9:
2 nights at Ibo Island Lodge on a full board basis

Day 10:
This morning guests will depart on a tented mobile dhow safari in the Quirimbas Archipelago. This is a brilliant way to explore the coastline fringed by tropical islands on a sturdy motorized Arab dhow complete with experienced crew and pro guide

Day 10-12:
Overnight on dhow safari on a full board basis

Day 13:
In the morning guests will arrive by dhow at Azura Quilalea Island

Day 13-19:
7 nights’ accommodation at Azura Quilalea on a fully inclusive basis

Day 20:
In the afternoon guests will be transferred back to Pemba by helicopter. On arrival in Pemba check in for your outgoing flight back to Johannesburg.

Kaya Mawa: Accommodation, all meals, transfers and non motorized activities

Nkwichi Lodge: accommodation, all meals (including tea & coffee), laundry, non-motorised activities, US$5 community bed-night levy, government taxes and return transfers.

Ibo Island Lodge: Accommodation in a sea facing room; All meals; Guided historical Tour; Daily transfer to a private sandbank beach; Use of Kayaks,  Medical evacuation

Mobile Island Hopping Safari: Accommodation in tents, all meals, non participation camp, all linen and sleeping gear, non motorized activities

Azura Quilalea: Accommodation in sea facing villas, All meals including main beach dinners, local beers & spirits, selection of house wines, soft drinks, tea & coffee, water, sunset cocktail of the day,  Mozambican butler/host service, Wifi in public areas, use of snorkeling equipment, use of kayaks, baobab walking trails and EVAC Medical Insurance from Pemba
